Join SCL Members and guests for a fun social evening and concert with
legendary film music performed live to picture!

PICNIC - This Annual SCL Member Event begins with a bring-your-own picnic at an exclusive indoor/outdoor picnic area behind the Bowl where SCL members and their guests can relax, socialize and network with friends, families and colleagues. Recommended age minimum for children is five. 

Everyone brings their own picnic dinner, drinks & utensils. 

 

CONCERT DETAILS - Following the record-breaking success of  Star Wars: The Force Awakens, incomparable composer John Williams returns to the Hollywood Bowl to conduct music from the new score, along with other favorite themes from a galaxy far, far away. Bowl movie night maestro David Newman conducts a thrilling first half of film score classics, including a selection of clips shown on the big screen. Programs, artists, dates, prices and availability subject to change.

All current SCL Members, and their guests (families, friends, colleagues) are welcome! 
SCL Members must accompany their guests.

 

5:00 pm - Arrive at the private SCL picnic area with your bring-your-own dinner(s) to eat, socialize & enjoy!  

  • Pick up your concert tickets at the SCL picnic (SCL concert tickets must be picked up no later than 6:30 pm).  
  • SCL concert tickets will NOT be available at the Hollywood Bowl Ticket Office Will Call windows.

7:00 pm - Exit SCL picnic area through private gate to concert area.

7:05 pm - Picnic area locked up/closed.

7:30 pm - Concert begins.

Your per person SCL ticket price includes:  

(1) Seating at the exclusive SCL Reserved Picnic Area (indoor & outdoor seating)
(2) SCL Reserved Section G2 Concert Ticket
(3) Concert Seat Cushion placed on your seat before you arrive by Bowl staff.

  • SCL Members pick up their concert tickets at the SCL picnic.
  • SCL tickets will NOT be available at the Hollywood Bowl Box Office Will Call.
  • SCL tickets are solely for the use of current SCL members and their accompanied guest(s)Only SCL Members can purchase these tickets.
  • DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION RECEIPT.  Make sure the receipt confirms that you have the number of tickets you want, plus other instructions about the picnic listed on the confirmation.  NO REFUNDS.
  • PICNIC ONLY OPTION: If you are a current SCL member and already have tickets for this concert, and would like to buy the $10.00 per person SCL Picnic-access Only Ticket to join us at the SCL picnic at the exclusive rented location, please choose the "Picnic Only" ticket option.
